Olympic Valley
Olympic Valley, host of the 1960 Winter Olympics, is home to some of the most challenging ski terrain in all of Tahoe. The resort is now known as Palisades Tahoe boasting 270 ski trails spanning 6,000 acres of majestic mountainside. The Village at Palisades Tahoe offers up a wide variety of dining and shopping as well as lodging, all situated at the base of the mountain. Everline, the Valley's luxurious sub-resort, is also located here along with over 500 single family homes. Year-round events such as Oktoberfest, WinterWonderGrass, as well as several live music festivals combine with epic skiing in creating tons of alpine fun for all.
